Total Compensation Package: $170,000-$190,000 base salary, plus comprehensive benefits and revenue-based bonuses
Travel: Required for partner events, client meetings, and company gatherings
About PointCare
PointCare is on a mission to ensure everyone has access to healthcare coverage. We're an insurtech software and services company that helps people enroll in Medicaid and other public healthcare programs. We partner with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) to stabilize and optimize their primary revenue source by securing their members' coverage.
We're at an inflection point: We've grown from $4M to $6M in ARR in just four months, with strong product-market fit, an expanding partnership network, and particular strength with the nation's largest FQHCs. And we're about to accelerate further—we're launching a company-redefining product and brand in Q1 2026 that will fundamentally transform our market position. Now we need a revenue leader to help us prepare for and capitalize on this moment before the market gets crowded.
The Opportunity
We're seeking an exceptional revenue leader to own and scale our entire go-to-market motion. This role offers the scope and impact of a Chief Revenue Officer, with the title and structure flexible based on the right candidate. You'll be responsible for new business acquisition (both direct sales and partnership channels), customer onboarding, and retention/expansion; building a complete revenue engine that delivers on our mission at scale.
This isn't a rebuild. You'll inherit strong fundamentals: a proven B2B2C model, solid sales and partnership teams, and expanding market presence. Your job is to bring the energy, organization, and strategic coordination to scale what's working while evolving what needs attention, particularly our account management function.
What You'll Do
Drive Revenue Growth & Market Share
- Own ARR and NRR targets in a high-growth environment
- Prepare your team and GTM motion for our Q1 2026 product and brand launch—and capitalize on the momentum it creates
- Execute strategic initiatives around scale and reach to capture market share before competition enters
- Bring gravitas and closing power to late-stage and key account deals
Lead & Develop the Team
- Manage and grow a revenue team of 6 (3 AEs, 1 SDR, 1 account manager, 1 partnerships lead)
- Build out and optimize our account management function—our newest and highest-priority team area
- Structure the team for scale while maintaining the flexibility to evolve the org design
Own the Full Revenue Motion
- Drive new business through direct sales and partnership channels
- Oversee customer onboarding to ensure strong starts
- Lead retention and expansion strategies to maximize lifetime value
- Coordinate closely with Product, Delivery, Brand, and our Founder/CEO
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Proven B2B sales leadership experience with a track record of hitting ambitious targets
- Experience building, leading, and energizing revenue teams
- Strategic mindset with strong execution and organizational skills
- Ability to bring structure and coordination to fast-moving environments
Ideal:
- Background in healthtech, insurtech, or adjacent markets (mission-based organizations, federal programs, government-funded entities)
- Experience scaling revenue teams at growth-stage companies ($5M-$20M ARR)
- Comfort with partnership/channel sales models alongside direct sales
- Previous VP or CRO experience (or Director-level leaders ready to step up)
